A: Of course! While the retreat's programming will focus on aspects specific to BA and chronic illness, individuals can still benefit from the curriculum. Additional travel details will be provided after registration. Check-out is 12:00 on Saturday. Your wellness guide will have your departure information to arrange your transportation to the airport 2 hours prior to your flight departure. If you are leaving after 12:00PM, you may leave your luggage with the bell hop station.

If participants want to maximize their experience, there are two options for arriving Tuesday night 8/18:

  1. Late Arrival (any arrival in the late afternoon/evening on 8/18): $425 (at participants expense) - Canyon Ranch will pick you up from the airport and you will be able to check-in and have a room and use the facility.

  2. Arrive 8/18 and stay at a hotel near the TUS airport (at participants expense) and then catch the Canyon Ranch transportation at 08:00AM on 8/19.

Q: What if I want to stay additional days?

Canyon Ranch will honor the BARe group rates should a participant want to add nights to their stay either at the beginning or end of the BARE Wellness Retreat. Additional stays will be billed directly to the participant by Canyon Ranch.
