Lend A Hand
Holiday Campaign

Spread Joy When It's Needed Most

The holiday season can be financially stressful for families dealing with biliary atresia. That's why our Lend A Hand: Adopt A Biliary Atresia Family Program steps in during November and December to gift joy across the United States.

How You Can Make a Difference:

Adopt a Family: Choose a family in need of support and give them gifts like toys, clothing, and special needs items.
Celebrate the season by giving back. Your generosity can make the holidays magical for a family facing the challenges of biliary atresia.

What previous families had to say about the LAH program:

"After going through a difficult process for us and being in hospitals and appointments, when I received information about the help they were providing to families like us it was a great relief and happiness at that moment, I was so happy to know about your foundation and what you do for children with atresia and the families who have gone through so much!"

THANK YOU

For Generous Givers:

  • Choose a Family:

    • Browse through the list of families (see list below or check out our social media platforms) to find one that aligns with your giving preferences. Each family's list may include items like toys for young children, gifts for teenagers, or grocery gift cards for the whole family.

  • Adopt and Donate:

  • Personalize Your Gift:

    • OPTIONAL: You can include messages accompanying the gifts to the family.

  • Gift Delivery:

    • Once a family receives donations totaling $250, they will be deemed "Adopted" and updated on the spreadsheet. BARE will then purchase and ship the gifts.

Tax Benefits:

  • Your generous donation is tax-deductible, meaning that your kindness not only makes a positive impact but also provides you with benefits when tax season arrives.

This holiday season, we will make a powerful impact on families affected by biliary atresia. Your generous support will create unforgettable memories and deliver essential relief. Together, we can truly make a difference!
