This fun and inspiring half-day event brings together families, patients, caregivers, and medical teams who are all part of the biliary atresia community. Whether you are just beginning your BA journey or have been walking this path for years, you’ll find meaningful connection, helpful learning, and plenty of encouragement along the way.
Together, we will honor the strength of BA warriors, celebrate the dedication of caregivers and care teams, and recognize the resilience that defines this community. Let’s share stories, build connection, and lift one another up — Michigan style. Hail to the Brave.

Kids Camp
While parents attend the sessions, kids get their own adventure at our BARE Kids Camp! Designed for children ages 5–12, the camp gives parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are having fun, making friends, and connecting with other kids who “get it.” With games, crafts, and plenty of playtime, it’s a space where laughter and friendships shine. And for our older crew—if there’s interest—we’ll have a special teen hangout area just for them to relax, connect, and be themselves.

Have kids that are under the age of 5? Younger children are welcome to participate in the kids camp with the help of a caregiver or supervisor. This ensures the child receives the level of care they need. We will have fidgets & small toys for children to play with who stay with caregivers during the sessions.
